Other things to note

No parties or events. This is a violation of the Avalon House Rules and Big Bear Lake’s Private Home Rental Ordinance and may result in eviction and fines from your hosts and the City of Big Bear Lake.

Violation of the following will result in a $500 fine from the City of Big Bear Lake:

• Exceeding occupancy or parking limits listed above.

• No amplified music may be audible beyond the property line 24/7.

• Spa is closed from 10pm-7am.

• No parking on the street yard 24/7.

• No trash may be left on the property.

• Fireplace ashes must be properly stored.

Stereo Pairing Instructions:

On phone:

1. Open Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned on. 
2. Make phone discoverable (visible to other devices). 

On Onkyo TX-8220:

1. Press the "Bluetooth" button on the receiver to enter pairing mode. 
2. The receiver's display should indicate it is searching for devices. 

Pairing process:

1. On phone, select the "Onkyo TX-8220" (or similar name) from the list of available Bluetooth devices. 
2. If prompted, enter the pairing code "0000"
