Rules

  • Parties are not allowed

  • Smoking of any type is not allowed on the property

  • Children are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision

  • Glass is not allowed in the spa

  • Follow posted “How To” guidelines for wood stove & fireplace (Failure to do so may result in $250 cleaning fee)

Checking Out

  • Check Out time is 10am or 11am depending on the season (Late checkout may result in a full day rental fee)

  • Load and run the dishwasher (No need to empty cleaned dishes after wash)

  • Set spa temp to 80º and close cover (Failure to do so may result in $25 fee)

  • Set thermostat to 55º & “ECO” Mode (Failure to do so may result in $25 fee)

  • Turn off propane on barbecue ( Failure to do so may result in $25 fee)

  • Turn off all lights & lock all doors ( Failure to do so may result in $25 fee)

  • Take trash & recycling with you (Failure to comply will result in a $25 fee). Here are two FREE disposal locations:
