Other things to note

No parties or events. This is a violation of the Chateau Wonderland House Rules and Big Bear Lake’s Private Home Rental Ordinance and may result in eviction and fines from your hosts and the City of Big Bear Lake.

Violation of the following will result in a $500 fine from the City of Big Bear Lake:

• Exceeding occupancy or parking limits listed above.

• No amplified music may be audible beyond the property line 24/7.

• Spa is closed from 10pm-7am.

• No parking on the street yard 24/7.

• No trash may be left on the property.

• Fireplace ashes must be properly stored.
